The weather was glorious, and in particular against ninne'n going to see someone from the country of Georgia and his quartet play, as one of our crew we come from that country and want to hear it. The park was full of people enjoying their Saturday in the sun, and countless marriages have pictures beside the willow tree that bends to the small lakes in the beautiful gardens. During each session there will be a group run with a second group walked. Pupils will be able to change from one group to another if they like.
That first time we have offered the club by 5 60 cross country at school. We had about 40 pupils competed in the Llanelli Schools Cross Country competition in late, so we hope that those who want to go further afield with the sport.
Also, we try to encourage pupils who do not want to run to join the walking club. Walking is a physical activity almost everyone can do. You do not need special equipment and can participate throughout your life. Therefore, it is the perfect way to keep fit.
We are very fortunate in this area as there are many wonderful places to go walking or running on our doorstep. It is also hoped that other local people will in due course be able to access day care services offering support and care tailored to meet their specific needs and requirements. Each resident will have an above regulation size private bedroom with views of the country side or the sea complete with an en suite affording an easy to use shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
All service users will have access to and be encouraged to use all communal facilities available on site, which include; a large dining room complete with tea bar, two large lounges, external conservatory, internal lift for easy access to floors and the entire marksand spencers grounds of the site.
There will be an additional service offered to all service users including marksand spencers day centre provision in the form of an activity centre located to the rear of the building.  This newly refurbished area will provide a kitchenette, disabled toilet and seating areas and will primarily be used to facilitate activities such as cooking, arts and crafts, movie viewing and many more depending on the services users preferences.
Staffing levels will ensure all services users receive the care and attention they require without time limits being imposed.  There will be a full time care services manager, lead care practitioners and social care facilitator on site in addition to the care practitioners to ensure the service continuously makes improvements for its service users.

“The move has also facilitated an extension of our services and we will be the only centre in North Wales offering care for people with early onset dementia as this has become an ever increasing need resulting in this type of service user having to be placed outside of North Wales by local authorities.”

We’ve considered this project very carefully and we know that we’re doing the right thing in providing accommodation and care for people marksand spencers with dementia. It’s a real pressure point for professionals in the health and care sectors in North Wales.”
