Monday, February 18, 2013. - The Minister of Culture Mrs. Josette Darguste participated the space rozzano Monday in the 24th Summit of CARICOM. It is worth mentioning that besides the summit a craft fair highlighting the imagination, creativity and vitality of Haitian culture is organized by the Ministry of Culture through its support program to strengthen cultural and art for Economic and Social Development (ARCADE).
