The federal program "my John Lewis" will provide participants with access to individual proposals and awards, including free tea and cake every month. In addition the program will encourage participants for regular visits to the shops the opportunity to participate in sweepstakes prizes and invitations to exclusive events and VIP.
"We deliberately chose not to use the model of the program, based on the collection points, suggesting instead the immediate rewards and exclusive invitation," said Chris Bates, Head of Customer Marketing John Lewis.
