How would you describe the cuisine holiday shopping of the Canyon Ranch Grill? We use only regional, seasonal and sustainable products for health-conscious kitchen. Our goal is to capture the pure flavor of the ingredients, while maintaining their nutritional values. The kitchen of the Canyon Ranch Grill is delicious, refreshing and at the same time rich in taste and flavors.
Do you cook in private? I do, especially to my family to show that "healthy" kitchen "boring" or is not "bland". Healthy cooking is easy to prepare, if it is part of one's lifestyle - especially the one for the adults.
Where do the ideas for the dishes to come on your card? What is your inspiration? I am inspired by the aromas of various products - from fruits, to vegetables, to spices - whether regional or imported from another country. Great food and passion for cooking are also very inspiring.
What is typical holiday shopping of your dishes? What distinguishes them from normal kitchen? All my dishes holiday shopping are evidence of intense color and combine all flavors (sweet, salty, bitter, sour and savory). And of course, the love and passion in the preparation.
