One thing we need to look at ... To what extent do people think that equipment Locator Beacons, Icons, Psychic Hood, Runes of Warding and the like can be used by their allies? Especially RoW can be "interesting" if it is to prevent Psychic Powers aimed at Ultra marines, but all the above mentioned equipment is the only cost in utgangspunkttet and described that the there is only one army on each side of the table.
